Professional services include - Architectural plan review and budget building for remodeling and new custom home construction.   Also, product specifications & sourcing directly from manufacturers and their distribution partner network.  

CDT offers professional installation of products as well.

We perform these professional services based on an hourly rate that is credited to your project upon purchase of your selected products.  

Our professional services hourly rate is $ 125.00 per hour.
